Our strength program is designed using traditional principles of strength development. The back squat, press, bench press, deadlift, and power clean form the core movements of the strength program and outcomes are geared toward increasing muscle function, tone, neural efficiency, and strength.

Mixed Fitness Training 

The MFT program utilizes elements of both strength and conditioning and blends them together in circuit style workouts to enhance cardiovascular functioning, muscular endurance, reduce body fat, and improve overall health.

Tactical Training

Our Tactical program is designed by a Certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F, NSCA). These workouts are geared toward the tactical athlete, those individuals in law enforcement, fire and rescue workers, and military personnel. Our priority in the tactical program is to prevent injury, improve strength and endurance to support tactical job requirements, and increase core strength and flexibility to assist in recovery.


Divergent’s Gymnastics program is a body weight program designed to improve your strength-to-weight ratio. Body weight movements such as pull ups, push ups, sit ups, are used to increase your ability to move your own body weight. When you’re ready, more advanced skills like handstand and muscle ups and used to take your training to the next level.

Individual Programming

Fully customized training program based on your training and health goals. Personal nutrition coaching. Interactive personal training software to stay engaged and track results. One on one coaching as needed.

Nutrition Coaching 

Habit-based nutrition coaching that addresses the skills and knowledge required to make appropriate food choices to reach your goals. Our certified Nutrition Coach will create a personal nutrition plan for you based on your training and health goals. Along with your personal nutrition plan you'll get full support from your coach through email/text and bi-weekly one-on-one meetings.
